Release the mountain of rage you’re carrying

(Or at least some of it)

COLLECTIVE SEA SCREAM
Wed Oct 29
8pm
Nauset Beach

Bring a flashlight and bundle up

WHAT's a sea scream

WE're gathering

at the edge of the ocean

to let out a primal scream

and stand

shoulder to shoulder

as people

who are

angry.

about

All.

The.

Things.

This is an invitation to

engage your rage and

safely move it

through your body.

In community.

Because if we do it together

it’ll feel less crazy.

And just maybe,

a little fun.

WHY

WE’re f’n angry.

And we have every right to be.

The systems we’re living in

are harming us.

our babies.

our families.

our communities.

our bodies.

our psyches.

our humanity.

Our planet.

our Rage is

Huge.

real.

valid.

and heavy.

it's been

Contained.

Dismissed.

Silenced.

And that's causing more harm.

it's time

to let it out.

and let it rip.

So join us to

scream at the ocean.

Because if we do it together

it’ll feel less scary.

And just maybe,

a little healing.

Who is this for

YOU.

The one Screaming on the inside.

Filled with RAGE.

At the state of our world.

The past.

What’s coming tomorrow.

That one thing

that happened

that one time.

All. the. things.

that are happening

all. the. time.

All of it.

WOMEN + Gender diverse folx

who are carrying

a mountain of rage in their body and

needs to release it.

This is unapologetically for

people who have been

raised and conditioned

by patriarchy to

fear,

ignore,

bury,

separate

from their

very

valid

anger and rage.

 this is not for

Males have been

systematically taught to

express their anger and rage

since time immemorial.

And in doing so,

they’ve inflicted

milleNnia of abuse,

oppression,

and mass suffering

upon the rest of us.

Now we’re carrying

all that

intergenerational trauma

and rage

in our bodies.

The rest of us need space to

get it out.

safely.

and in community.
